Aspirational Address
Based on our conversation we understand your goals and qualifications. We curate job opportunities and arrange interviews accordingly.

Documention
After selection we share the offer letter for acceptance, and shared documents are processed for HRD and attestation.

Dataflow & Medical
After selection dataflow is started (advantageous if started before selection also) parallely with attestation. Once dataflow is done we proceed for medical.

Visa and Prometric
Once Dataflow, medical, passport, photos and still working is shared with us, we proceed for visa letter and visa stamping. Prometric is an exam which can be cleared from India or after joining the selected hospital also, it depends on project to project.

Pre departure support:
We give a brief about the culture and share contact details of our already working nurses in the hospital, along with other selected nurses contact details ensuring the selected nurse has a smooth on boarding experience.
06
Post departure support
Once nurse reaches the destination, we coordinate with the hospital for transportation and accommodation. Every 3-4 months we check with the nurse, if she is happy with the hospital which helps us to build a long term relationship.
